Cause
Condition: Abnormal vibration occurs inside the encoder. Cause: Abnormal encoder internal signals or mechanism cause the encoder to return a warning signal.
Corrective action
Confirm that motor vibration is within 2 G. If the vibration meets the specification, return the motor to the dealer or manufacturer for repair. Reset the alarm or power on again to clear.
