The 24V_PC power rail on the robot handshake agent unit arg reported a fault.
Consequences
24V_PC The hardware device on the power rail might not be receiving power or functioning properly.
Possible causes
For example, an over/under or short circuit due to a failed hardware device on the 24V_PC power rail.
Recommended actions
- Check the PC power supply LED for the robot signal conversion agent.
- If LED does not light solid green, turn off the controller. Remove all modules from the 24V_PC power rail, including the Ethernet switch and host. Restart the controller and check PC power LED again.
- If LED lights up steadily in green after restarting, there is most likely a problem with the Ethernet switch or host. Try replacing these units.
- If LED does not light up solid green after a reboot, try replacing the cables between the Robot Signal Conversion Agent and the host, and between the Robot Signal Conversion Agent and the Ethernet switch.
- If the problem persists, replace the robot signal conversion agent.
