Cause
Condition: The servo judges the entered flexibility compensation parameter values to be unreasonable. Causes:
- The user manually entered unreasonable flexibility compensation parameter values.
- Other variables cause an abnormal Bode plot during system analysis.
Corrective action
Rerun system analysis and set the flexibility compensation parameters.
- Rerun system analysis and set the flexibility compensation parameters.
- If the condition persists, disable flexibility compensation (P2.094 [Bit 8] & [Bit 9] = 0).
