[Cause]
An iRCalibration vision measurement error. The distance between the camera and target is outside the ‘Camera distance range’ set on the ‘Vision setup’ screen. In other words, the camera and target are farther apart than when the model was taught.
[Countermeasure]
The response is through the following steps.
・ Check the distance between the camera and target at the measurement start position. If the camera and target are too far apart, reteach the measurement start position to shorten the distance between them. Alternatively, reteach the model using the distance between the camera and target at the measurement start position.
・ If the above countermeasures are ineffective, expand ‘Camera distance range’.
