Category: Alarm
Cause
- ・For an AC200V servo unit, AC supply voltage is 290V or above, or an AC400V servo unit detects supply voltage of AC580V or above. ・For an AC200V servo unit, DC supply voltage is 410V or above, or an AC400V servo unit detects DC supply voltage of 830V or above
- The power supply is unstable or has been affected by lightning
- Acceleration/deceleration was performed while AC supply voltage exceeded specification
- External regenerative resistance is too high for the operating conditions
- Operation is at or above the permissible inertia ratio
- Servo unit fault
Corrective action
- Measure the supply voltage and adjust the AC/DC voltage to within product specifications.
- Measure the supply voltage, improve supply conditions, install a surge suppressor, etc., then turn on power again. If the alarm persists, the servo unit may be faulty. Replace the servo unit.
- Check supply voltage and operating speed and torque; adjust AC supply voltage to within product specifications.
- Check operating conditions and regenerative resistance; reconsider the regenerative resistance based on operating conditions and load.
- Confirm that the inertia ratio is within the permissible ratio; extend deceleration time or reduce the load.
- Without turning on main circuit power, turn on control power again. If the alarm persists, the servo unit may be faulty. Replace the servo unit.
