Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Not possible.

Content: The external axis servo parameters do not match the servo amplifier being used.

Main causes:

1. The external axis servo parameter file does not match the servo amplifier unit in use.

2. A problem with the power block board.

3. A problem with the servo board.

Countermeasures:

1. In auxiliary function “2002 External Axis Settings”, check the motor settings and whether the downloaded external axis servo parameter file matches the servo amplifier being used.

2. If the settings in 1 are correct but the error cannot be cleared, replace the servo amplifier unit.
