Cause
Condition: Secondary platform commands are not used in accordance with the rules. Cause: Check the error code.
Corrective action
Use EzASD to view the ERR register, or press SHIFT to check the error code when the panel displays ALF21. Different error codes correspond to different errors. Cycle the power to clear it.
