Category: Alarm
Cause
- The drive and motor types do not match.
- A parameter checksum error exists in the bus-type incremental encoder ROM, or no parameters are stored
- Drive fault
Corrective action
- Confirm whether the drive is our SV660N series and the servo motor is our product. Replace them with a mutually compatible drive and motor.
- Check whether our standard encoder cable is used. See Compatible cables for cable specifications. Ensure that the cable has no damaged insulation or broken wires, that terminals at both ends have no poor contact, and that connections are secure. Measure the signals at both ends of the encoder cable: PS+, PS-, +5V, GND; check whether the signals at both ends are consistent. Refer to the hardware wiring for signal definitions. Use our standard encoder cable, ensure secure terminal connections at the motor end, and tighten the screws at the drive end. Replace the encoder cable if necessary. Do not bundle the encoder cable with power cables (R S T, U V W); route them separately.
- If the fault is still reported after powering on again, replace the servo drive.
