[Cause]
The command value is too large. The numbers in parentheses indicate the action group number and the axis number within the action group.
[Countermeasure]
1. Follow the steps below to perform a cold start.
Cut off the power supply.
Press the SHIFT and RESET buttons on the teach pendant.
Turn on the power directly.
2. If recovery is not possible, before performing other operations (power-off and jogging operations) after this alarm occurs, use the abnormal-condition recording function ("Abnormal Condition Record" in the auxiliary menu) to obtain an image backup and contact the FANUC service center. If the abnormal-condition recording function cannot be used, record the conditions and operating steps leading up to the alarm, obtain an image backup, and contact the service center.
