[Cause]
Software internal error. It is possible that the memory data have been damaged.
[Countermeasure]
The response can be as follows:
(1) Reconnect the power supply.
(2) Perform an initialization start and set up the robot again.
(3) Check whether the version number of any option software or additional software differs from that of the original software. If the original software is distributed across multiple media, check that all software version numbers match. Also check that the software installation manual version number matches the version number of the software to be installed. If any version number does not match, reinstall the correct software.
(4) Identification of whether mutually exclusive and incompatible options are loaded.
(5) Reload all software.
(6) If the alarm does not disappear after the above countermeasures, before performing other operations (power-off or jogging) after this alarm occurs, execute the abnormal-state recording function (‘Abnormal State Record’ in the auxiliary menu), obtain an image backup, and contact the FANUC service center. If the abnormal-state recording function cannot be used, record the conditions and operating steps up to the alarm, obtain an image backup, and contact the service center.
