[Cause]
An attempt was made to move a group commanded to perform a local stop (power-off). This alarm occurs if an attempt is made to move the commanded group immediately after issuing a local stop instruction.
[Countermeasure]
1. Press the alarm reset key to clear the alarm.
2. If you do not want to move that group, perform the operation after releasing the local stop (servo power-on).
