Description
This alarm occurs when the regenerative resistor of the converter is disconnected or short-circuited.
Subcode description
Subcode: physical number of the converter on which the alarm occurred.
Causes and remedies
| Cause | Remedy |
|---|---|
| Cable (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, check that the following cables and connectors are connected and fully inserted. • SDCA01 board-CN507, CPS01 unit-CN154 • SDCA01 board-CN531, CN532, CN533 • Converter-CN557, CN561 • SDB (external axis servo unit)-CN591, 592 |
| Regenerative resistor (abnormal) | Replace the regenerative resistor. |
| Rectifier (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the servo unit. |
| SDCA01 board (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the SDCA01 board. As a precaution, save CMOS.BIN before replacing the board. |
| Rectifier (overload) | Check that the applied load does not exceed the allowable range. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
