[Cause]
The temperature output inside the sensor is abnormal.
[Countermeasure]
1 Move the robot to a position where it will not come into contact with the target.
2 Reconnect power. When an alarm occurs again, take the countermeasures in step 3.
3 Replace the sensor head.
