A1E
Alarm code A1E means .
Cause analysis:
-
The drive needs an external braking resistor;
-
When no external braking resistor is used, the jumper wire between B2 and B3 has come off;
-
Poor, loose, or broken wiring of the external regenerative resistor;
-
The external regenerative resistor's resistance or capacity is insufficient, or it is in a continuous regeneration state;
-
Continuous negative load, resulting in continuous regeneration;
-
The capacity set in Pn536 (discharge resistor power) is less than the capacity of the external regenerative resistor;
-
The value set in Pn535 (discharge resistor resistance) is less than the resistance of the external regenerative resistor;
-
The external regenerative resistance is too high;
-
Drive fault
Remedy:
-
After connecting the external braking resistor, set Pn535 and Pn536 to appropriate values.
-
Confirm the connection of the jumper wire between B2 and B3.
-
Check the wiring of the external regenerative resistor.
-
Check the operating conditions or capacity again.
-
Confirm the load applied to the running motor.
-
Check the regenerative resistor connection and the value of Pn536.
-
Check the regenerative resistor connection and the value of Pn535.
-
Confirm whether the regenerative resistance value is correct.
-
Turn the drive power on again. If the alarm still occurs, the drive may be faulty.
