8462
Category: Alarm
Cause
- Abnormal slave reception during synchronous communication.
- Abnormal master transmission during synchronous communication
- While the servo is enabled, the network switches from OP to non-OP
Corrective action
- Check whether shielded twisted-pair communication cable is used, whether the drive is properly grounded, and whether its network port is damaged. ◆Use shielded twisted-pair cable. ◆Wire according to the standard wiring instructions. ◆Check the network connection status on the leftmost digit of the display.
- The host-controller synchronization clock is inactive, or its error is excessive. ◆Measure the synchronization cycle with the background oscilloscope or a physical oscilloscope: ◆If it is 0, the host-controller synchronization clock is inactive. First check whether each slave is connected with the network cable entering IN and leaving OUT, then restart the network. If the connection order is correct, restart the network directly. ◆If it is not 0 and is within the drive permissible fluctuation range (2us), increase the slave synchronization-loss fault tolerance 200E-21h.
- Check whether the network state switches from OP to non-OP. Check the host-controller network state switching program.
