[Cause]
An attempt was made to connect to a remote robot from iPendant, but a teach pendant was already connected and the teach pendant was already enabled.
[Remedy]
Disable the teaching pendant of the remote robot. After pressing the MENU (menu) key, reconnect with the remote robot.
