[Cause]

Plate thickness check calibration has not been performed for the specified applied force. When measuring plate thickness, refer to other calibration data before measurement.

[Countermeasure]

The plate thickness check has not been performed more accurately. Take the following measures.
1. Set the torque on the applied force adjustment screen for the applied force at which plate thickness is to be checked.
2. Perform thickness check calibration again. This warning can also be disabled by setting $SGCFG[#eq].$DFLINTRPALM=0.
