Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Possible.
Content: The checksum data of the AS software system data (machine model, number of axes, option settings, etc.) has been overwritten for some reason.
Main causes:
-
The CF card is faulty.
-
The main CPU board is faulty.
This error normally occurs after loading a file containing system or robot data (mechanical model, options, etc.), and when data settings are changed while replacing the AS group software.
Countermeasures:
-
Set checking and abnormality clearing in auxiliary function 0803 to "Enabled" and reset the error. This setting automatically returns to "Disabled" the next time the controller power is turned ON.
-
If step 1 above cannot clear this error, a description of the erroneous data will be displayed. Correct this data first, then use auxiliary function 0803 again to clear the error.
-
If the error cannot be cleared or recurs after trying the above countermeasures, replace the main CPU board or CF card.

[NOTE]
At shipment, an initial settings table is packed with the controller or manual for each robot. Use this table to check the settings. Keep the table for future use. After changing any settings, record the new values. (Examples: changes to options, operating ranges, etc.)
