The robot's EtherNet/IP scanner connection, although valid, made an error in the connection.
[Countermeasure]
On the alarm history screen, move the cursor to this alarm message and press F5 [Details] to display the alarm details. Refer to the cause and countermeasures in the alarm message on the line following this message. This alarm's severity can be changed for each connection on the EtherNet/IP scanner advanced setup screen. By default, input signals are turned OFF when the scanner connection is disconnected, but this can be changed using system variable $EIP_CFG.$KEEP_IO_SCN. For details, refer to the EtherNet/IP Function Operator's Manual.
