2. Motor brake output short circuit
3. Motor brake 24V power supply undervoltage
4. Motor brake output overload
5. Drive internal brake circuit abnormal

Corrective action

1. Check whether the brake circuit wiring is normal
2. Check whether the motor brake 24V supply voltage is normal
3. Replace the drive
