Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Not possible.

Content: Initial access from the main CPU board to the power sequence board failed at startup.

Main causes:

1. The main CPU board is faulty.

2. A problem with the power sequence board.

3. An optional board in the card rack is faulty.

4. The motherboard in the card rack is faulty.

Countermeasures:

1. Replace the main CPU board.

2. Replace the power sequence board.

3. Replace the optional board in the card rack.

4. Replace the motherboard inside the card rack.
