The starting port is greater than the ending port.

Cause:

The starting port number of GDI or GDO is greater than its ending port number.

Troubleshooting:

Check the error source for this error on the information screen. The GDI or GDO name shown is the one whose starting port number exceeds its ending port number. Then check whether that variable's starting port number exceeds its ending port number on the signal configuration screen.

Solution:

1. Reset the port numbers of the GDI or GDO reporting the error so that the starting port number is less than or equal to the ending port number, then restart the robot.
2. Contact after-sales support to investigate why the error occurs.
