Do one of the following. - Stop the task and check the parameter data specified in the SPEL command and the execution order. Targets are the commands corresponding to the function name and row number in the system history. See the reference manual for correction instructions. - Specify another TCP/IP port and try again. - Stop TCP/IP communication to the PC running the virtual controller, then try again.
