Description
The temperature of the rectifier unit at drive unit position arg is about to reach overheating levels.
Consequences
Although operation can continue, it will not be possible to maintain operation for a long time because the margin relative to the maximum temperature allowed is too small.
Possible causes
- The cooling fan may be faulty, or there may be poor airflow.
- The ambient temperature may be too high.
- The system may be in an excessively high torque state for a long time during system operation.
Recommended actions
- Verify that the fan is running and airflow is not blocked.
- Verify that the ambient temperature does not exceed the rated temperature of the cabinet.
- If possible, rewrite the user program to reduce the number of hard accelerations and hard decelerations.
- Reduce static torque caused by gravity or external forces.
