Main causes:
-
There is a connection problem between the power module and the servo board.
-
A short-circuit current flows. (External power cable - reactor unit - power block board for the power regeneration axis)
-
The IPM (intelligent power module) control supply voltage (+15V, upper side) has dropped.
-
The IGBT chip temperature inside the IPM (intelligent power module) has risen.
-
A problem with the short-circuit current detection circuit of the IPM (intelligent power module) or power block board.
-
The power supply unit control board or power supply unit power board is faulty.
-
The power supply unit DC power supply is faulty.
-
A problem with the power regeneration control board.
-
A problem with the reactor in the reactor unit (phase-to-phase short circuit or ground fault).
Countermeasures:
-
Check the installation of the servo board.
-
Check the wiring between the power module for the power regeneration axis, reactor unit, power regeneration unit, and external power supply for short circuits, ground faults, or open circuits. Replace the reactor unit or harness if necessary.
-
Check the harness and connector connections of the servo amplifier unit.
-
Check the cooling equipment (cooling fans, etc.) and the fan operating time setting.
-
Replace the servo amplifier unit.
-
Replace the power supply unit.
-
Replace the power regeneration unit.
-
Check the reactor unit for abnormalities such as short circuits.

[NOTE]
This error may indicate a serious fault. Therefore, do not reset the error immediately; investigate the cause carefully according to the countermeasures. If the error does not clear immediately, wait approximately one minute and reset the error again.
