1. Insufficient braking circuit capacity
2. Insufficient braking resistor capacity
3. Basic power supply module fault

Corrective action

1. Reduce the start/stop frequency; increase the acceleration/deceleration time constant; reduce load inertia; increase drive and motor capacity;
2. Increase the braking resistor power rating;
3. Repair or replace the basic power supply module;
