Cause

1. Encoder connection cable damaged or connection loose;
2. Unsupported external interface used, such as an encoder;
3. Motor model and drive model power ratings do not match;
4. Nonexistent product model code

Corrective action

1. Check whether the encoder wiring connection is good;
2. Replace the mismatched product;
3. Select the correct encoder type or replace the drive with another type; for example, this fault occurs if the configured motor power class is greater than the drive power class, or differs from it by two or more classes
