Alarm code A59 indicates .

Cause analysis:

1. Incorrect drive encoder type parameter setting (PN840.0);

2. Motor phase lost; the phase must be written to the serial encoder EEPROM again;

3. Encoder cable damage or external interference;

4. Drive damage.

Remedy:

1. Correctly set PN840.0 according to the motor model;

2. Perform motor phase alignment again and write the phase value to the serial encoder EEPROM;

3. The encoder cable must be a shielded twisted-pair cable, with the shield grounded at both ends;

4. Try connecting a wire from the encoder cable shield to the motor body;

5. Replace the drive with one of the same model
