The internal software variable of the group shown is set to be valid when the braker's diagnosis is performed.
[Countermeasure]
This alarm does not normally occur. Before performing other operations (power-off or jogging) after the alarm occurs, execute the abnormal-state recording function (‘Abnormal State Record’ in the auxiliary menu), obtain an image backup, and contact the FANUC service center. If the abnormal-state recording function cannot be used, record the conditions and operating steps up to the alarm, obtain an image backup, and contact the service center.
