A fault of DRAM was detected.
[Countermeasures]
1. Take countermeasures against other alarms that occur at the same time.
2. Replace the CPU card. Before implementing countermeasure 3 below, be sure to obtain an image backup of the control unit.
3. Replace the mainboard and restore the obtained image backup.
