Although there was no cause for the emergency stop, the emergency stop line was cut off.

1. Replace the teaching pendant.
2. Replace the teaching pendant connection cable.
3. Replace the operation panel.
4. Replace the emergency stop unit.
5. Replace the servo amplifier.
6. Even if the above countermeasures are taken and the problem still cannot be repaired, please inform the service center of the details when the alarm occurred.
