[Cause]
The internally reserved memory capacity is insufficient, so program execution cannot continue. This alarm may occur because a longer motion acceleration/deceleration time increases memory consumption. (For example, when a small value of 100 or lower is used in an acceleration/deceleration override instruction, or when an additional axis with a long acceleration/deceleration time is added.)
[Countermeasure]
After this alarm occurs, cycling the power reserves more internal memory capacity than before. After cycling the power, execute the same program. If the same alarm occurs again, cycling the power again reserves still more memory capacity. Repeat power cycling until the alarm stops occurring.
代码
If this alarm still occurs after repeated power cycling, take the following measures.
(1) Check that at least 3000KB remains in the temporary area on the memory usage screen.
(2) Set $CP_PARAMGRP[g].$JBF_SIZE to 3 times its current value, then cycle the power.
(3) Check again that at least 3000KB remains in the temporary area.
If less than 3000KB remains in the temporary area in (1) and (3) above, consider replacing the CPU card with one that has a larger DRAM capacity.
If this alarm still occurs after performing (1)–(3), repeat (1)–(3) again.
