Cause

Condition: motor and drive overloaded. Causes:

1. Continuous operation above the drive rated load.
2. Control system parameters set inappropriately.
3. Motor or position detector wiring incorrect.
4. Motor position detector defective.

Corrective action

1. Set the drive status display (P0.002) to 12 and monitor whether the average load ratio [%] continuously exceeds 100% or more. If it continuously exceeds 100% or more (see the load ratio versus operating time curve in Appendix A), increase motor capacity or reduce the load.
2. Check whether the mechanical system oscillates or acceleration/deceleration is set too fast.
3. Check whether U, V, W and motor encoder wiring are correct.
4. Return the unit to the dealer or original manufacturer for inspection and repair. Reset the alarm.
