[Cause]
The torch recovery function cannot be used with DCS tool coordinates.
[Countermeasure]
Do not execute torch recovery for DCS tool coordinates. To use torch recovery with the tool number currently horizontally in use, delete the DCS tool coordinate settings for that tool number.
