Cause
- Poor three-phase power wiring
- Unbalanced three-phase power supply
- Single-phase power is supplied directly without setting the single-phase input parameter (Pn00B.2 = 1)
- Servo unit fault
Corrective action
- Check the power supply wiring for problems;
- Measure the voltage of each supply phase; correct the supply imbalance (swap phases).
- Check the power supply and parameter settings; set the power input and parameters correctly.
- Turn on power again. If the alarm persists, the servo unit may be faulty. Replace the servo unit.
