Description
During startup, communication could not be established with I/O device arg at address arg on network arg.
Consequences
The I/O signal on the I/O device or the I/O device cannot be accessed because the device is not currently communicating with the controller.
Possible causes
I/O The device is not connected to the system, or it is connected but assigned the wrong address.
Recommended actions
- Make sure all I/O device addresses match the configuration.
- Make sure all addresses are unique and not used by multiple I/O device.
- I/O device with changed address and/or lost connection.
- If you want to change the address, you must power cycle the I/O device (i.e. first off and then on again) to ensure that the address has changed.
