[Cause]

The tool approach direction vector differs by 180 degrees from the search direction vector around the Z axis.

[Countermeasure]

If system variable $CB_VARS.$Z_OUT is TRUE, set it to FALSE. Conversely, if it is FALSE, change it to TRUE.
