Cause:
A bug in the software's codesys program; or a welding machine bug;
Troubleshooting:
Wire-sticking detection is configured in the configuration file. After successful arc extinction, this error is reported if the system determines that the welding wire is still touching the workpiece (mainly based on the ArcStable signal from codesys). In codesys, use trace and modify the ArcStable signal to determine whether it is being triggered incorrectly.
Solution:
Contact after-sales personnel, copy all files from the controller ftp, and send them together with the codesys project to after-sales personnel.
