[Cause]

The operation panel and control panel in the welding power source cannot communicate.

[Countermeasure]

1. Check the fuses [feeder: 3A(FU2)/8A(FU3)]. If a fuse has blown, take the following countermeasures:
 Replace encoder cable and fuse
 Replace the encoder substrate and fuse in the wire feeding device

2. Replace the regulator board.

3. Replace the operation panel in the welding power source.
