Cause
Abnormal U-phase and V-phase current sampling.
Corrective action
Check whether large equipment at the site causes interference, or whether the cabinet contains various power supplies, variable-frequency devices, or other interference sources. The internal current sampling chip is damaged.
- Check whether interference suppression measures, such as drive and motor grounding and shielding, are properly implemented.
- Ferrite rings may be fitted around the motor power cable and encoder cable.
- Replace the drive.
