[Cause]
The pulse encoder for linear tracking has not been connected. The number in parentheses indicates the tracking encoder number.
[Countermeasure]
1. Check the connection of the linear tracking cable (linear tracking interface circuit board side, pulse encoder side).
2. Make sure the shield of the linear tracking cable is firmly connected to the ground wire.
3. Replace linear tracking cable.
4. Replace the motor.
5. Replace the linear tracking interface circuit board.
