Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Possible.

Content: A decrease in the mechanical valve I/O 24V supply voltage has been detected. This 24V supply is generated by the optional mechanical valve/sensor board installed on the servo board.

Main causes:

1. A ground fault or short circuit in the machine valve I/O 24V wiring.

2. The optional mechanical valve/sensor board is faulty.

3. A problem with the servo board.

Countermeasures:

1. Check the input/output 24V wiring of the mechanical valves (such as the machine harness and separate harness) for ground faults or short circuits.

2. Replace the optional machine valve/sensor board on the servo board.

3. Replace the servo board.
