An error occurred during the interface startup phase of robot handshake agent unit arg.
Consequences
The hardware will not start properly.
Possible causes
- An external switch or I/O device with DHCP server functionality is located on a private network. This is the most likely reason.
- Internal error in robot handshake agent.
- Communication error between the host computer and the robot handshake agent.
Recommended actions
- Remove any external switches or I/O devices that have DHCP server functionality from the private network. For instructions on private networking, see the robot controller's product manual.
- Remove all devices with IP address 192.168.125.1 from the private network.
- Remove all devices with IP address 192.168.125.90 from the private network.
- Check the event log for internal error messages.
- Please turn off the controller, wait at least 15 minutes, and then turn the controller back on.
