Cause

1. [Axis 3] Abnormal encoder internal data communication
2. Abnormal data caused by noise
3. [Axis 3] Incorrect encoder parameter settings
4. [Axis 3] Damaged encoder

Corrective action

1. Check the encoder connection cable
2. Ensure correct wiring around the encoder (separate encoder and power cables, ground properly, etc.)
3. Determine whether the configured encoder type matches
4. Rotate the motor shaft manually and view monitored data on the screen to check whether single-turn data changes between 0~maximum count
