Description
When the control power is turned ON, the SDCA01 board checks the current amplifier capacity of the servo unit. This alarm occurs when the set capacity differs from that of the installed amplifier.
Subcode description
Sub Code: Signifies the axis in
which the alarm occurred
Causes and remedies
| Cause | Remedy |
|---|---|
| Software (incorrect setting) | Check the following settings. • Check the amplifier capacities before and after replacement using the model numbers printed on the boards. • When installing external axes, check that the amplifier selected during configuration matches the amplifier actually installed. Reference parameters: SVPxG290 onward |
| Cable (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, check that the following cables and connectors are connected and fully inserted. • SDCA01 board-CN501 • SDCA01 board-CN531, CN532, CN533 • Inverter board-CN571 • SDB (external axis servo unit)-CN591 • SGDM (high-capacity amplifier)-CN1 |
| Amplifier (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the amplifier. |
| SDCA01 board (abnormal) | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the SDCA01 board. As a precaution, save CMOS.BIN before replacing the board. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
