Description
The enable switch signal of Programming Pendant is unmatched.
Subcode description
The enable switch signal of
Programming Pendant was
unmatched for a certain time.
Causes and remedies
| Cause | Remedy |
|---|---|
| Programming pendant (operation error) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. The enable switch has 2 contacts; depending on how it is held, only one side may be ON. If placed on an uneven surface, such as a knee, only one side may become ON. Therefore, check how the pendant is held, or place the programming pendant on a flat surface. |
| Programming pendant (abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the programming pendant. |
| Cable (abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the programming pendant cable. |
| ASF01 board (abnormal) | 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace the ASF01 board. For a system with multiple ASF01 boards connected, replace the ASF01 board connected to SDCA01 board No. 1. |
| Fuse (abnormal) | [For painting controllers (explosion-proof programming pendant specification)] 1. Reset the alarm. 2. If the alarm recurs, replace fuses FU14 and FU15 inside the painting module. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
