Cause: The internal fan of the additional axis amplifier (iSV) that drives the group and axis shown in the alarm message has stopped running. [Countermeasure] 1. Replace the fan motor inside the additional axis amplifier (iSV) of the axis where the alarm occurred. 2. Replace the additional axis amplifier (iSV) for the axis in which the alarm has occurred.
