[Cause]
The meter reached its stroke limit during dispensing. After this alarm occurs, the meter motion direction changes automatically and dispensing restarts. The quality of the dispensing path may decline.
[Countermeasure]
1. Repositioning of the instrument prior to the start of the coating.
2. Reduce the flow rate so that there is enough material in the meter.
