If the number in parentheses is 1: Before performing any other operations (power-off or jogging) after the alarm occurs, execute the abnormal-state recording function (‘Abnormal State Record’ in the auxiliary menu), obtain an image backup, and contact the FANUC service center. If the abnormal-state recording function cannot be used, record the conditions and operating steps up to the alarm, obtain an image backup, and contact the service center. If the number in parentheses is 2: Check whether the position when calling the KAREL program EQTCHPOS is outside the motion range.
