[Cause]
The following causes can be identified by the alarm diagnostic information displayed in the 1 digit. The numbers in parentheses indicate the action group number and the axis number within the action group.
ACC Disabled 1: The port number of the control device is set to an incorrect value.
ACC Disabled 2: The acceleration sensor is disabled.
ACC Disabled 3: The axis to which the acceleration sensor is assigned is already used for other purposes.
ACC Invalid 4: The acceleration sensor setting is incorrect.
